We have two areas of Meeting Space, small for groups of 10 to 50 and large for groups of 500 seated in rounds or 990 in chairs only. HALF DAY OR FULL DAY MEETING INCLUDES MEETING ROOMS WITH BREAKOUT AREAS (high speed Internet service) with attached restrooms. Our Grand Buffalo Ballroom is a great space for those large events complete with all amenities you might be needing. Themed events available (western or other). Event includes use of Grand Buffalo Ballroom with VIP Upper Mezzanine overlooking the ballroom with sofas, cocktail tables. Tables and Chairs, Linens, China, Food, and Drink. You add your entertainment as you custom arrange your event.
BUFFALO TRACE PICNIC
From April to October, bring the employees and/or the family and head to Meritt Bois D’ Arc Buffalo Ranch, where we can handle large groups of 400+ or smaller groups of any size if you don’t mind sharing the day and expenses with other small companies on a special day. Saturday or Sunday – Picnic Hours are 10:00-3:00pm with BBQ Lunch provided, including tea, water, and soda. Alcohol available upon request for additional fee . . . ADD THE EXCITING WESTERN ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE (more fun for the grownups and children).
HOLIDAY CELEBRATION
Come join us for the holidays. Ballroom is decorated for the holidays in colors of burgundy, gold, green, and winter white. Round banquet tables are covered in ivory linens with burgundy toppers and beautiful holiday centerpieces. Buffet tables are set with chafing dishes and white china dinner plates. Traditional holiday dinner OR additional menu options available. Our gorgeous 44” Sephra Chocolate Fountain is a great add-on for the holidays as well. Entertainment available – DJ, bands, and/or Santa, comedians, gunfighters, holiday photos, game-shows, or other entertainment.
TEXAS CHISHOLM TRAIL CHUCK WAGON COOKOUT
Bring those Employees that need some relaxation and appreciation after a hard day of meetings/teambuilding, corporate guests from out of state or the country, tour groups, or church groups to Taste a Little Bit of Texas! This unique experience in our TOWN OF BUFFALO HILL allows guests to mingle with authentic 1800s gunfighters, singing cowboys, chuckwagon meals, and a roaring campfire for sing-along.
